Low Blood Pressure is less dangerous than high blood pressure but Ii become the reasons of weakness and for pregnant women it is more worrying because she is already depressed and irritating.

“The low blood pressure (below 9/6) is much less worrisome and doesn’t imply risk, if not due to illness or is caused by heavy bleeding,” said Lluis Cabero , director of the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics Hospital Chiron of Barcelona.

Here are some symptoms,causes and treatment of Low blood pressure during pregnancy.

Symptoms:

It is not serious problem but it is irritated for pregnant  women, as it may be in the form of palpitations, dizziness or constant tiredness.

 

Causes:

Hormonal change is the main cause of low blood pressure during pregnancy. “And another possible cause is that the appearance of the placenta lowers the resistance that control blood circulation and thus reduces stress,” says our adviser. Bleeding is also a cause of low blood pressure during pregnancy.

Later, during the third trimester of pregnancy, when the pregnant woman is in the supine position (lying on your back), her uterus can compress the blood vessels of the pelvis and thus reduce the flow of blood that must reach the heart. This is called supine low blood pressure and can be corrected by lying on your side.

Treatment:

Avoid standing for long time and stay ways from excess heat. Also avoid lying on your back in ending days of Pregnancy.  Drink enough water ( at  least 2 litr per  day).  And women should stay hydrated.

These are the Best and most effective ways of preventing low blood pressure during pregnancy , since there is no medicine for raising the blood pressure.
